SHIPPING POLICY:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALKA 4-LIFE is\u00a0not<\/strong>\u00a0responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including priority and express shipping options. Once the package has left our ALKA 4-LIFE headquarters, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect\/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused or return to sender. ALKA 4-LIFE\u00a0has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.

Normal order processing can take up to 24-72 hours and may take longer during sale time and peak seasons.
Please note our business hours are M-F 8-5pm PST.
Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends and will be processed the next business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping fees vary based on the weight and destination. You can retrieve a shipping rate upon checkout prior to confirming your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rush Shipping<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong>– is an additional service to provide a quicker turn around time for fulfillment. This will ensure your order is processed within the 24 hour window. This is NOT an alternative to expedited shipping. If you wish to overnight your package or purchase expedited shipping you will need to select the shipping speed at the checkout.
